The interior stairs between the floors were sealed off and repaired (but this could be opened back up easily). Quotes for all repairs, the full rebuild OR total removal of electrical (re: the first floor) are uploaded; one could keep electricity down there and use the space as golf cart parking OR put in a breeze-through tiki bar, using the existing plumbing for an interior bathroom (the first floor had one full and one half bath).
